Each download contains the pregnant body mesh files and bitmap texture ONLY.  You
can match up ANY Sim head with the maternity body skin.

In order to have the special character head or the fairy wings, you must download the  
special character skin.  Link to the Fantasy Skins Home page for links to the Fairy and 
Elf skins of each character below and more. 

In addition, the maternity leggings skin will be located in the "Full" skin grouping  in 
the "Create-A-Sim" rotation and any wardrobe from the game.  If you are playing a 
"Fit" Sim (all of the original Elf and Fairy skins are "FIT"), then you can use 
Paladin's Sim Wardrobe to change the body in game play.
